Specialization:

Organic- these farmers are certified organic.

Sustainable- these farmers utilize organic growing practices but are not certified.

Regenerative- these farmers follow organic growing practices but are not certified. Outdoor mushroom farming is generally regenerative farming.

Indoor- Indoor cultivation can be done year 'round with a more steady weekly harvest.

Outdoor- these mushrooms grow only when Mother Nature allows. Mushrooms cultivated on logs tend to have a more robust, woodsy flavor.

Wild Crafted- seasonal items that have been foraged locally.
